About This Role
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of secure, high-quality software solutions within the API Marketplace in Consumer and Community Banking.
- Drive team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Lead vendor evaluations and technical reviews to ensure architectural fit and business alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced programming skills in Java, Python, or scripting languages.
- Practical experience with AWS cloud native technologies.
- Strong understanding and practical application of AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

- Experienced in financial services IT systems with deep knowledge of security and resiliency best practices.
- Proficient in agile methodologies including CI/CD and operational stability practices.
- Capable of leading technology adoption and setting technical validation standards within teams, especially regarding AI-assisted engineering tools.
