About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, scalable Salesforce Platform solutions including Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while ensuring secure and validated outputs.
- Produce architecture and design documentation for complex applications and analyze data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design and application development on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce API integrations.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate and refine AI-generated code securely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud functionalities; Agile methodology and CI/CD experience with GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Salesforce developer with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Salesforce APIs, and CRM configuration, familiar with complex enterprise environments.
- Competent with integrating AI-assisted coding within software development while upholding security and code quality standards.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with DevOps practices, focusing on application resiliency, security, and continuous improvement in financial services or similar regulated domains.
