About This Role
- Own and evolve end-to-end architecture of CyberSense user-facing stack including web front end, REST API, and backing services.
- Lead technical design reviews and API contract negotiation across teams; ensure non-functional requirements like performance and compatibility.
- Manage and grow a full stack engineering team including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 14+ years of full stack software engineering experience with at least 4 years in engineering leadership or management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, server-side languages (Python, Java, Go, or C/C++), REST API design, and Linux-based deployment.
- Experience delivering enterprise software in cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, data protection, or enterprise storage domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven architecture ownership with documented multi-tier systems and production-grade API contracts prioritizing scalability and security.
- Experienced in Agile Scrum environments collaborating closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for sprint planning and delivery.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work setup and capable of representing technical decisions to cross-functional and global stakeholders.
