About This Role
- Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team responsible for Java backend and React frontend development, ensuring delivery predictability and quality.
- Own and evolve the platform's technical vision and architecture, including reliability goals, observability, and resilience patterns.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools and practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while leading incident response and maintaining secure-by-default software practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+, including concurrency, memory management, Spring Boot, and API design.
- Experience building high-performance, latency-sensitive Java applications and working with microservices deployment on Kubernetes in Linux environments.
- Proven experience leading or partnering on technical roadmaps, OKRs, and deliverables; familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
