About This Role
- Serve as global delivery expert for Edwin AI implementations, defining and sharing best practices across regions.
- Engage with customers to scope and technically assess Edwin AI use cases, and support complex professional services engagements.
- Collaborate with product teams and professional services leadership to align delivery, update solutions, and influence the product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years IT experience in infrastructure domains like server, network, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud.
- 3+ years programming experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy; familiarity with HTTP, JSON, REST APIs.
- Experience in professional services or customer-facing consulting roles; located in Pune; travel willingness up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise with AI, deep learning architectures, and large language models relevant to Edwin AI platform.
- Strong background in one or more IT operations domains and IT monitoring tools (e.g. LogicMonitor, SolarWinds).
- Proven ability to mentor teams, handle complex technical engagements, and translate customer needs into implementable solutions.
