About This Role
- Lead and execute testing and validation for data warehouse, ETL pipelines, Power BI reports, and analytics solutions ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Design comprehensive test strategies and develop test plans, cases, and documentation aligned with SDLC and regulatory standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve data quality issues while collaborating with Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or Data Warehouse Testing.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI validation, Informatica PowerCenter, Snowflake or enterprise data warehouse environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating large-scale clinical or regulated data platforms with strong data governance knowledge.
- Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Capable of independently driving issue resolution through data discrepancy analysis and mentoring junior team members.
