Develop organization-wide software system architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and outsourced development partnerships aligned with technology roadmap and business value, planning their integration into architecture.
Review and evaluate design and project activities for compliance with development standards and provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced staff.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10+ years of professional experience in software systems design and development.
Experience designing and developing software systems design tools and languages and overall software architecture across multiple platforms.
Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to innovate with multiple patents or deployed solutions in software design, indicating deep domain expertise.
Strong communication skills capable of influencing executive leadership and outsourced partners on product architectures and design decisions.
Experience working with complex, cross-platform software systems in a high-performance computing or related environment.
