About This Role
- Apply technical infrastructure engineering expertise to projects improving large-scale data and systems performance and monitoring.
- Drive daily support activities for standard capacity process applications and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to manage capacity risks.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI tools to enhance monitoring and capacity analysis, validating outputs and improving remediation workflows aligned with security and resiliency standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Strong knowledge in at least one infrastructure domain such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, automation, or performance assessments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and experience with multiple cloud platforms including migration capability.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in infrastructure workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced infrastructure engineer with a focus on network and systems capacity planning and monitoring at scale.
- Comfortable integrating AI-assisted tools into operational workflows with careful validation and risk escalation.
- Familiarity with networking technologies (wired/wireless LAN, BGP WAN, SD-WAN, 802.1x) and vendor equipment (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, Forescout) is preferred.
