About This Role
- Lead infrastructure engineering projects focusing on NICE NTR-X deployment, configuration, and support as technical lead and SME.
- Drive modernization and issue resolution by architecting and implementing infrastructure changes, ensuring resiliency, security, and auditability.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate infrastructure analysis, design documentation, and remediation validation with adherence to data sensitivity requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- In-depth expertise in infrastructure areas such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, or performance assessments.
- Proven hands-on experience with NICE NTR-X platform including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years infrastructure engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead familiar with NICE NTR-X and associated voice capture platforms (Calabrio, Verint, etc.) and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure), including networking, security, compliance, and public/private cloud migration.
- Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted tools for infrastructure workflows with a focus on security, auditability and operational data sensitivity.
