About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots scalable, secure software solutions within an agile team for Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Creates and maintains high-quality production code and algorithms, incorporating enterprise-authorized AI tools to enhance code quality and delivery speed.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications; analyzes data to identify issues and improve software and system stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal software engineering training or certification.
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience using modern programming and database querying languages in a large corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and developing complex software systems with accountability for architecture and code quality.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly within software engineering workflows.
- Familiar with agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security) and capable of synthesizing data insights to improve software applications.
