About This Role
- Own the definition, prioritization, and validation of product backlog for Transfer Switch electrical products, aligned with business guidelines and stakeholder inputs.
- Engage with customers and business stakeholders to gather needs, analyze value drivers, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Coordinate release planning, remove impediments to team delivery, and facilitate communication between agile squads and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- Strong understanding of electrical products, their technical specifications, and ability to translate these into backlog items.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in roadmap definition, offer analysis, and business case development for electrical/electronic device products.
- Skilled at stakeholder collaboration and customer engagement to derive actionable product requirements and prioritize work efficiently.
- Able to manage cross-team coordination and communication in an agile environment to remove blockers and drive timely delivery.
