About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from introduction to decline for new hardware products within Supply Chain Operations.
- Drive performance improvements in Quality, Cost, Delivery and Risk mitigation across manufacturing programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams (20+ members across multiple countries) and stakeholder relationships to ensure project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) process, phase gates and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Hybrid work model requiring approx. 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
