About This Role
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end settlement and payout platform.
- Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions by partnering with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
- Drive product execution from requirements through launch and iteration, optimizing metrics like settlement accuracy, reconciliation latency, dispute rate, and payout timeliness.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years experience launching and scaling complex products, preferably in finance, accounting, fintech, payments, or marketplace/retail platforms.
- Proven experience with financial systems related to settlement, payout, or reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Business fluency in English; Korean language skills and travel to Korea on need basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, business) for financial product delivery.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring analytical problem-solving and data-driven decisions.
- Background or strong familiarity with financial domains including accounting, tax, treasury, or compliance in multinational contexts.
