About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Full Stack/Web application development projects including requirement gathering, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical leadership by collaborating with architects and development teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct project reviews and governance, and lead multidisciplinary teams including mentoring and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years in Project Management roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing Full Stack/Web application development projects with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and proficiency with Full Stack/Web technologies (React.js, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD).
