About This Role
- Own end-to-end data modeling projects including problem framing, modeling, deployment, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to clarify requirements, prioritize, and deliver measurable business impacts.
- Guide technical direction, mentor team members, and implement advanced machine learning and LLM-based solutions to drive revenue and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of professional data science experience with a proven record of independently delivering end-to-end modeling projects.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), distributed platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), ML lifecycle tools (MLflow), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Work location: Hyderabad, India office with 3-5 days onsite per week.

- Experienced senior data scientist comfortable leading complex analytical projects and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships under ambiguity.
- Strong technical leader with advanced expertise in LLM prompt engineering, model development, ML pipeline production, and experiment design.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, drive best practices, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences including executives.
