About This Role
- Lead and coach IT After Sales teams to ensure successful project and program deliveries in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Drive business growth by managing a large portfolio of projects and ensuring innovation and value-add as part of an extended center of competence team.
- Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction in Germany and India through data-driven project steering using metrics and KPIs, and focus on team motivation and development, including career path management.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing large portfolios of IT projects/programs with proven growth of topics and people.
- Background in software development with Java/.NET and solid Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field) or MBA in General Administration.
- German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
