About This Role
- Optimize and support Oracle Cloud financial systems focusing on modules like General Ledger, Intercompany, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, configure applications, conduct testing (SIT, UAT, regression), and support end-users during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business units for solution design, troubleshooting integrations, and promoting best practices including data privacy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience specifically with Oracle Fusion financial modules.
- 8-10 years of overall relevant work experience in financial systems or related fields.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud core financial modules (GL, IC, CM, FA); experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) preferred.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule in Hyderabad, India office 2-3 days a week; shift timing 2 pm - 11 pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full implementation lifecycle of Oracle Cloud financial systems including discovery, design, build, test, go-live, and support phases.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex financial system issues and integrations like OIC.
- Capable of managing stakeholder engagement with clear communication of technical solutions and user training materials.
