Own design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules with focus on Receivables and Projects Portfolio Management.
Lead end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, regression) and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of financial systems and integrations.
Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and business units to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and promote SaaS best practices.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years total work experience; 4-6 years specifically in Oracle Fusion area.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Receivables (AR), Projects Portfolio Management (PPM), SLA rules, workflow, and BPM configuration.
Ability to work hybrid in Hyderabad, India office 2-3 days/week and on second shift (2 pm-11 pm IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full ERP project lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, and Support phases, demonstrating operational ownership.
Strong problem-solver with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud financial modules and integrations, including experience with SLA rules and BPM workflows.
Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and IT, engaging clients and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
