Experienced in advising senior leaders within multinational, technology, or complex organizations in India context.
Capable of operationalizing global HR programs with localization for Indian workforce and collaborating across HR Centers of Excellence like Benefits, Payroll, and Legal.
Effective at balancing Indian regulatory compliance with business needs while managing sensitive employee relations and driving measurable improvements in talent and organizational effectiveness.
