About This Role
- Achieve primary and secondary sales volume targets daily and monthly.
- Ensure availability of all brands and SKUs at all outlets within assigned market.
- Maintain coverage of OFO and wholesale outlets, ensure new beats are captured and achieve PJP compliance, with mandatory use of SFA.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of sales experience in FMCG industry with relevant market experience.
- Mandatory usage of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
- Experience working with OFO and wholesale outlet coverage.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 10 years FMCG sales experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing sales operations with a focus on achieving volume targets in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead field staff (MIA/TMIA) to drive sales.
- Familiar with field sales processes including beat planning and usage of SFA for monitoring and compliance.
