Experienced in managing multiple Agile workstreams and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments with exposure to cloud and AI or data projects preferred.
Demonstrated ability or readiness to independently manage end-to-end delivery of smaller customer engagements with stakeholder communication and risk management.
Familiar with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices, with certifications like CSM or PSM and experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
