About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including billing, invoicing, AR/AP, reconciliations, and statutory compliance within a BPO environment.
- Prepare and deliver timely MIS, ageing, collection, revenue, and variance reports meeting defined SLA/TAT timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support monthly and annual financial closings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field mandatory.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant accounts/finance experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/shared services or outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in Tally software and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and MS Excel required.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, audits, and business requirements is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end accounting and client coordination independently within a target-driven, process-oriented BPO setting.
- Detail-focused with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting deliverables accurately and timely.
- Comfortable managing interactions with international clients and coordinating across multiple departments, auditors, and vendors.
