About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end financial management including accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and project finance.
- Serve as primary finance liaison with international donors, funding agencies, and external stakeholders ensuring compliance and timely financial reporting.
- Drive internal control strengthening, process improvement, ERP system implementation, and lead/mentor the finance team.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI mandatory.
- Minimum 7–8 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting with ownership of core finance functions.
- Experience managing donor-funded projects or grants, especially with international donors or development agencies is highly desirable.
- Work Location explicitly mentioned as New Delhi.

- Experienced in financial management roles within NGOs, development organisations, consulting firms, or sustainability-focused entities.
- Proven ability to manage and interact effectively with senior leadership and international donor agencies, handling complex financial reporting and compliance.
- Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, audit coordination, ERP systems, and advanced Excel with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
