About This Role
- Owns end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions for a portfolio of properties.
- Ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including reporting to government agencies.
- Supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filing, and operational projects like vendor credit reviews and SAP system testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA equivalent with Degree in Accountancy.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in AP within regional or global environments.
- Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and Companies Act.
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP or real estate domain is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing AP functions in complex, multi-property or multinational settings.
- Comfortable working independently and handling audits and compliance with mature, meticulous approach.
- Prior background in Big 4 audit firms or similar structured environments signals strong controls and process orientation.
