About This Role
- Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Oversee tax compliance activities such as GST filings, TDS calculations, and maintaining statutory records.
- Support audit processes, month-end closing, financial reporting, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Taxation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; CA Inter/CMA Inter candidates preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles; working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, or NetSuite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries preferred, indicating sector familiarity.
- Demonstrated skills in month-end closing, audit support, and financial controls compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation abilities, contributing to accurate and timely financial processes.
