About This Role
- Own annual financial planning including sales, material cost, overhead, manpower cost, capex, and working capital for the group.
- Evaluate M&A opportunities domestically and internationally, including valuation, due diligence support, deal structuring, and post-transaction integration support.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and competitor/economic analysis, provide management inputs on pricing and overhead controls, and evaluate capex proposals.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in Finance from Tier 1 B-school or CA cleared in 1st attempt.
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in MIS, financial planning, and review.
- Experience in a large corporate with PAN India presence.
- Location requirement: Mumbai, MH, India.

- Experience operating in a complex large corporate environment with broad financial accountability.
- Strong analytical background with exposure to M&A evaluation and financial due diligence processes.
- Familiarity with managing multi-functional financial plans and conducting competitor/economic analyses in diverse markets.
