About This Role
- Identify root cause and resolve complex production issues related to decision models, recommendations, data ingestion, and business processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for specific platform modules/services, collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive permanent fixes and platform improvements.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation, perform impact analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce support volume.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise application support, data analytics, business intelligence, modeling, or related areas.
- Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets and troubleshooting data pipelines or ETL processes.
- Experience debugging enterprise Java applications and using logs and monitoring tools in distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both front-end and back-end development with capability to debug and analyze enterprise Java applications.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills to diagnose and translate complex production issues into actionable insights for business processes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer teams and committed to becoming an SME on platform capabilities.
