About This Role
- Lead design and hands-on delivery of complex data, analytics, AI, and cloud platform solutions from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
- Own and manage significant technical workstreams and solution components, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to teams while contributing to reusable assets, standards, and technical discovery to strengthen the Data Practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12+ years of professional technical experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated consulting or professional services experience working directly with clients and owning complex technical workstreams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical delivery while balancing quality, client priorities, and operational realities without full architectural authority.
- Proficient in modern data engineering practices including data modeling, pipeline automation, orchestration, and lifecycle practices like CI/CD and automated testing.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to client and business stakeholders and drive solutions aligned with business objectives.
