About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality cloud-native backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI on AWS.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, focusing on scalable, AI-enabled products including integration with AWS AI/ML platforms like Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices within cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot OR Python and FastAPI development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS application development and deployment, including AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock or SageMaker.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer proficient in backend development with cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions using AWS services.
- Capable of handling full software lifecycle including design, architecture, and mentoring junior staff within platform development teams.
- Familiar with integrating AI/ML frameworks and orchestrations into enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems.
