About This Role
- Own automation framework development and quality delivery for web and API testing in Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
- Integrate quality assurance practices into CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient and reliable automation processes.
- Utilize expertise in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, Java, and API automation with Rest Assured to drive testing automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience as QA Automation Engineer with hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, Java, Rest Assured for API automation.
- Experience working with Oracle and/or Teradata databases; knowledge of Linux, scripting, SQL Server, and data warehouse environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automation tools and frameworks specific to Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Able to integrate automation testing within CI/CD pipelines for seamless quality assurance.
- Familiarity with data management technologies and exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is advantageous.
