About This Role
- Own the end-to-end web strategy, roadmap, and performance of the company website to drive traffic, conversion, and pipeline.
- Lead experimentation and conversion optimisation through designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests for key site elements and user flows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in India and US, managing project delivery, prioritisation, and SEO direction for the website.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, growth marketing, or related discipline with experience setting direction.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) including building dashboards and attribution analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including technical, on-page, and emerging Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Working knowledge of Webflow sufficient to scope work, review builds, and troubleshoot with developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing smart prioritisation balancing impact, effort, and dependencies for web projects and experiments.
- Technically fluent enough to collaborate credibly with developers and designers, reviewing builds and ensuring quality.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-geography teams.
