About This Role
- Lead business analysis and solution design for Oracle EBS Finance modules including AR, AP, GL, Projects, and Costing.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications supporting Oracle R12 implementations/upgrades, integrations, and data migration.
- Resolve production issues, ensure process optimization and compliance (SOX/SOD), and oversee global Finance operations transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules covering AR, AP, GL, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Strong domain knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Project Accounting processes.
- Experience with ERP implementations, data migration, system integrations, and troubleshooting finance transactional issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level Oracle Finance SME with deep expertise supporting end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance modules and R12 migration/upgrades.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and decision-making balancing business, IT, and compliance requirements.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts, managing offshore teams, and ensuring audit readiness in global Finance IT environments.
