Perform FP&A operations including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling for BMS Hyderabad Hub and markets.
Build budgets, forecasts, and projections; analyze monthly actuals vs. budget and prepare management presentations.
Collaborate with in-market FP&A teams and other Hub sub-towers to drive process standardization and deliver timely, high-quality financial services.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of relevant FP&A and financial analysis experience.
Location: Must be able to work from Hyderabad location with approximately 50% in-person presence.
Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling required.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in FP&A or related finance roles.

Experience working in a collaborative, multi-team finance environment with ability to engage cross-functionally across commercial and market teams.
Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and clearly communicate financial variances and trends to senior and regional management.
Demonstrated capability in process improvement, standardization, and financial systems automation initiatives.
