Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in FP&A or related finance roles.
Experience working in a collaborative, multi-team finance environment with ability to engage cross-functionally across commercial and market teams.
Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and clearly communicate financial variances and trends to senior and regional management.
Demonstrated capability in process improvement, standardization, and financial systems automation initiatives.
