Manage AI use case intake, including verification, stakeholder communication, and approval workflow coordination.
Serve as primary administrator for AI governance committee operations: preparing agendas, managing meetings, documenting minutes and decisions.
Ensure compliance with AI governance policies and emerging regulatory requirements, maintain audit trails, and handle governance inquiries and escalations.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years experience in compliance, risk management, or governance roles, preferably in regulated industries supporting governance committees.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
Foundational understanding of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and emerging AI regulations.
Location: Pune, India; Work shift: 1 PM - 9 PM IST.

Experienced in compliance or risk roles with emphasis on governance and committee support in regulated environments.
Skilled in stakeholder management and coordinating multi-party approval workflows within complex organizational structures.
Comfortable working with senior leadership on compliance and ethical AI use, and maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
