About This Role
- Own full-stack software development within an Agile team, including writing code, decomposing acceptance criteria, and delivering sprint goals.
- Contribute to design, documentation, and development of enterprise applications using modern cloud-based technologies and best practices like CI/CD, microservices, and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to influence software architecture and contribute to team and organizational technical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer using Java.
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices: unit testing, automation, design patterns, code reviews.
- Experience with cloud-native development and container orchestration tools (e.g., Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer skilled in microservices architectures using REST and GraphQL with frameworks like Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Vert.x.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and cloud technologies including public cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to scalable, highly available, and resilient applications and to provide technical leadership potentially mentoring teams of 5 or more developers.
