About This Role
- Manage and support day-to-day Linux server operations across SUSE, Ubuntu, RedHat, and CentOS platforms, ensuring system stability and high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, escalate when necessary, and support business-critical applications.
- Monitor system performance, manage helpdesk tickets, conduct operational reporting, and collaborate on change management and operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Linux servers in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Linux system installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting across SUSE, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS.
- Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Perl) and knowledge of system security, patch management, and backups.

- Experienced Linux engineer comfortable with IT operational processes and incident management in enterprise setups.
- Operating style that combines hands-on technical problem-solving with monitoring and reporting responsibilities.
