Preferred certifications: CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Data Center; equivalent networking certifications also accepted.
Experienced in handling complex network incidents and root cause analysis within data centre environments using Cisco ACI and Nexus technologies.
Operates effectively as a technical escalation point and collaborator across Network Engineering, Security, Systems, Cloud, and Operations teams.
Skilled in maintaining network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring, documentation, and process improvement in a structured, operational support environment.
