About This Role
- Process purchaser and property transaction data with high accuracy and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare and verify various real estate documents including booking forms, invoices, receipts, and registration entries to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, perform data uploads, track tasks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and meet quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or accounts; real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in BCom, BBA, or MBA with Finance specialization.
- Work location: Bengaluru (Work From Office) with work timings 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to manage digital filing and task tracking systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented professional with proven ability to maintain accuracy in data processing and documentation in operational environments.
- Experience or familiarity with real estate operations or similar transactional workflows preferred.
- Operates well under supervision with ability to prioritize tasks, follow standard procedures, and coordinate with various internal stakeholders effectively.
