Experienced in supporting IT infrastructure across multi-site regional environments, preferably in logistics, transportation or related sectors.
Comfortable managing operational IT support including vendor SLAs, asset management and incident resolution in a fast-paced, distributed setting.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain business continuity through proactive IT governance and support.
