About This Role
- Ensure availability, stability and day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-user system support across multiple regional operational and administrative locations.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests following SLAs including first and second-level troubleshooting and vendor coordination for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate vendor management, IT asset inventory, and business continuity efforts including readiness for new branches and operational expansions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline is mandatory.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support, End User Computing, Desktop Support or Regional IT Operations.
- Strong experience in IT incident management, vendor coordination, hardware troubleshooting and multi-location support.
- Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA considered advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting IT infrastructure across multi-site regional environments, preferably in logistics, transportation or related sectors.
- Comfortable managing operational IT support including vendor SLAs, asset management and incident resolution in a fast-paced, distributed setting.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain business continuity through proactive IT governance and support.
