About This Role
- Manage and track employment-related legal claims and investigations across EMEA and APJC, supporting legal counsel in London and Sydney from case inception to resolution.
- Analyze legal case metrics, prepare reports, support litigation and legal hold processes, and manage outside counsel spend and coordination.
- Identify and implement improvements in legal processes and workflows, leveraging AI and automation to enhance case management and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in managing legal claims, investigations, or supporting legal/employment/compliance teams is required or strongly implied.
- Proficiency with SaaS applications, business systems, and collaboration tools; familiarity with legal hold and e-discovery preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in relevant professional roles.

- Experienced in multi-jurisdictional employment legal support, especially within EMEA and APJC regions, collaborating cross-functionally with legal, HR, finance, and business stakeholders.
