Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua; proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred; Procurement/Sourcing certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience supporting multi-business unit/global operating models and handling global stakeholder coordination.
Experienced in managing global, multi-BU RFx processes within regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG/CPG sectors.
Strong expertise in sourcing lifecycle governance and digital enablement including ERP systems, automation tools, and data-driven reporting to drive process standardization and compliance.
Capable of leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement at scale and driving rigorous process adherence and continuous improvements in complex procurement environments.
