About This Role
- Lead and operationalize a centralized GCC-led RFP support function ensuring standardized and compliant sourcing processes across business units.
- Manage end-to-end RFx lifecycle activities including requirement intake, RFP drafting and issuance, supplier outreach, bid management, evaluation, and contracting to drive sourcing efficiency and compliance.
- Develop governance frameworks, maintain documentation, leverage digital procurement tools, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance sourcing transparency, cycle time, and savings realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or RFx execution, preferably in global procurement environments (MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG).
- Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua; proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred; Procurement/Sourcing certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting multi-business unit/global operating models and handling global stakeholder coordination.

- Experienced in managing global, multi-BU RFx processes within regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG/CPG sectors.
- Strong expertise in sourcing lifecycle governance and digital enablement including ERP systems, automation tools, and data-driven reporting to drive process standardization and compliance.
- Capable of leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement at scale and driving rigorous process adherence and continuous improvements in complex procurement environments.
