About This Role
- Own supply chain management for RSR’s APAC/Global client portfolio, focusing on supplier relationship management and client delivery for Platinum and Gold clients.
- Lead supplier performance, ensuring objectives align with team strategy and extracting maximum value for RSR and clients.
- Drive data insights from global supplier spend to inform business strategy, support sales processes, and ensure alignment across Sales, Solution Design, and Operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- 8+ years experience in FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 or equivalent setting.
- Procurement or Supply Chain experience is advantageous but not strictly mandatory.
- Must have outstanding communication skills and experience partnering with senior business leaders up to MD level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic supplier relationship management and supply chain delivery in a global or APAC context with multi-geography coordination.
- Comfortable working at senior stakeholder levels with strong influence and negotiation skills, including cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations.
- Able to lead a high-performance, consulting-style team with strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and strong client relationship management skills.
