About This Role
- Own daily and monthly SLAs for payments transaction processing for Retail and Institutional clients.
- Reconcile incoming customer funds with transactions and ensure wallet balances for transaction execution.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, Product, Technology) to resolve payment issues, onboard clients, and improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in Payment Processing; knowledge of cross-border remittances preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and payment reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment; flexible holiday scheduling due to global operations.
