About This Role
- Lead and scale Docusign's company-wide mobile engineering organization, including engineering managers and feature teams.
- Define and execute the mobile roadmap and oversee technical delivery, quality, security standards, and release velocity for native iOS/Android apps and developer SDKs.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure mobile is a key growth and technology driver, managing budget, hiring, and mobile-first integration advocacy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years professional software engineering experience with deep mobile technologies expertise (iOS and Android).
- 5+ years of engineering management experience leading multi-team mobile organizations.
- Hybrid work model requiring access to Docusign office minimum 2 days per week (in-office presence expected weekly).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to manage senior technical leads and multi-site/global mobile engineering teams.
- Strong background in delivering enterprise-grade, high-volume native mobile applications and public developer SDKs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive-level stakeholders in Agile SaaS environments and foster diverse, high-performance engineering cultures.
