About This Role
- Lead reliability engineering across critical front-to-back trading, post-trade, and operations platforms ensuring platform stability, scalability, and resilience.
- Define and drive strategic roadmap for Site Reliability Engineering practices including SLIs, SLOs, incident management, and operational excellence standards.
- Collaborate globally with Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business stakeholders to modernize platforms, reduce risk, and improve availability with hands-on technical leadership and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or Application Support.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, C#, or similar languages; extensive Linux/Unix and distributed systems experience.
- Experience leading major incident management and problem management for large-scale, mission-critical production platforms.
