About This Role
- Lead end-to-end application packaging, scripting, and deployment including publishing to enterprise AppStores via SCCM.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance deployment scripts using Wise Script, VBScript, InstallScript, and Windows Command Shell for complex customizations.
- Serve as Business Intelligence SME utilizing Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel techniques, while ensuring compliance with packaging standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Application Packaging, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and L2/L3 Technical Support.
- Strong hands-on skills in scripting technologies: Wise Script, VBScript, InstallScript, Windows Command Shell (.bat).
- Experience with enterprise application packaging and deployment via SCCM.
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework including Release Management and Incident Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable managing complex deployment and scripting tasks end-to-end in enterprise environments.
- Business Intelligence expertise across multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense) with advanced Excel modeling and automation skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and QA/testing standards to ensure quality and compliance in software packaging and analytics delivery.
