About This Role
- Execute system-level and manual regression tests on real machines ensuring end-to-end functionality and system stability.
- Collaborate in an agile Scrum team to support shift-left testing by creating system tests early in development cycles and conduct exploratory testing beyond fixed test cases.
- Contribute to evolving testing methodologies including test gap analysis, redundancy and coverage analysis, and exploration of AI-assisted testing approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance, including manual system and end-to-end testing on real hardware or integrated systems.
- Proven experience working in agile Scrum environments and collaborating with international teams overlapping European time zones.
- Strong hands-on experience with UI testing frameworks (Cypress preferred) and ability to create and maintain structured test documentation.
