Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E. / BTech).
Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, Engine Control Modules (ECM), CAN (J1939 preferred) protocols, and engine electronics integration.
Experience with OEM electrical harness design, calibration processes, and ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experienced in application, product, or systems engineering with a focus on engine integration and controls for off-highway or industrial OEM sectors.
Skilled in managing complex projects and collaborating across multiple functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Familiar with Marine, Mining, Construction, Pump, Defense, or Oil & Gas equipment applications and adept at technical customer interactions and issue resolution.
