Provide 24x7 support for RHEL Linux and Docker/Container infrastructure including Kubernetes cluster setup and maintenance.
Collaborate with various infrastructure teams and application developers to resolve issues, implement changes, and manage outages.
Identify operational issues, perform root-cause analysis on system outages, and implement remediation plans to ensure zero security vulnerabilities.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience with Linux, OpenStack, AWS cloud services, Docker, and container management.
Strong knowledge of AWS components such as EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, VPC, and cloud architecture.
Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Role is based in Gurgaon/Noida with a hybrid work model requiring at least 3 days per week in-office presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting complex n-tier web hosting infrastructures including load balancers (F5/Big-IP), reverse proxy techniques (Apache, Microsoft Proxy), and SSL certificate management.
Skilled in automation using shell scripting and release management tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
Capable of communicating effectively with diverse technical teams and stakeholders to manage risks, approvals, and deliver operational excellence.
