About This Role
- Lead and guide a team of software engineers to deliver critical technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring compliance with standards and service level agreements.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, messaging systems (MQ), Oracle, Postgres, Dapr, Flink, Kafka, Apache Iceberg, UNIX, Apache Tomcat, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience leading technology projects and with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle including automation and continuous delivery methods.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services IT systems with practical cloud-native development experience.
- Proven leadership in adopting enterprise AI-assisted engineering tools with knowledge of responsible AI use and governance.
- Strong background in designing distributed applications, Agile methodologies, database management, and debugging complex systems independently.
